• Marketplace order and financial data is stored encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption.

Data Storage

All data is stored and processed in the United States.

Access Controls

• Access to your data requires a valid, signed authentication token issued by our identity provider.
• Your business data is strictly isolated — no user can access another organization's data.
• Role-based access controls (Admin, Finance Lead, Viewer) limit what actions each user can perform.

Third-Party Data Use

• Marketplace data (including from TikTok Shop) is used solely to generate accounting entries in your connected QuickBooks account. It is not shared with other third parties, used for advertising, or sold.
• Only financial settlement data (order amounts, fees, payout totals) is accessed — customer names, email addresses, and payment card data are not collected or stored.

Data Retention

• Marketplace settlement data is retained for up to 18 months to support accounting reconciliation, then automatically deleted.

Incident Response

In the event of a data breach affecting your information, we will notify affected users within 72 hours of discovery, as required by applicable law.
